Ship & bill (for partworks) and pay in advance (for other) subscription systems.

Full service subscription management, including:

• Data handling (personal data handling as it is required by the local regulations, recording of the subscription needs, continuous data-management during the subscription lifetime, providing data for fulfilment, finance, communication, etc.)
• Full dispatch management (from producing the packaging materials to dispatch managements. Covering: producing checks, invoices, labels; pick and pack; dispatch administration, home delivery, delivery to parcel collection points)
• Full financial management (creating invoices, payment handling and bad debt management, financial reporting, VAT reporting. Online payment solution.)
• Full client service (4 channels: phone, e-mail, web, post; new order collection, complaints handling, providing continuous dispatch/parcel information for subscribers. 0/24 online “client service”)
• Warehousing and stock management (fulfilment, product finalization, retail unsold handling,
  local deliveries, handling international deliveries including EKAER, covermount deselection,
  destruction, etc.)

Our IT system is developed specially for this task.
It is SQL based, easily scalable and ready to handle the different subs-conditions
of different collections. We can provide data for further analysis
for our clients in various database forms.
